Originally from Saint John, NB, Kim has lived in Victoria, BC and Montreal, QC but now calls Nova Scotia home. She currently lives in Waverley, Nova Scotia with her husband and daughter where she creates her paintings and drawings in her home studio.
After a long career as a Systems Integrator, in 2007 Kim decided to pursue her passion for Fine Arts at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design (NSCAD) School of Extended Studies. It was here that she augmented her self-taught skills and studied both painting and drawing with many well-known Halifax artists including Heather Sayeau, Patrick Rapati and Beth Lenco among others.
Kim has exhibited in both group and solo shows in Halifax and has works in private collections throughout the maritimes, Ontario and Germany.
