Snow Day art session

School was cancelled due to snow so after clearing a 350 ft. driveway and other outdoor winter fun, my 7 yr old and I settled in for some art. I came up with an abstract portrait based on some lips I saw in an underpainting I had previously done. My daughter’s “Sunflowers in a Vase” – she wanted to make her pot look like turned ceramic and she was quite successful. Her background is made from a mix of sap green and process cyan not black.

Enjoy!
